Returns & Exchanges
Refunds will only be given in the event of defective items. We will not refund in the event of change of mind or incorrect quantity ordered. Once your order has been processed on our website, we cannot cancel your order. Claims for defective products must be made within 30 days of receipt of your product. For all defect claims, please email order@plategame.com.au (with your order number, full name, image of the defect and full description) prior to returning your parcel.
