Every active VIP member is automatically entered into both the weekly $100 draw and the monthly $4,999 draw. Weekly winners are drawn at the end of each week and monthly winners at the end of each month. The selected member is contacted directly by PlateGame via email or phone.

What does "active member" mean?

An active member is someone whose $5/month subscription is current and paid. If your payment fails or you cancel, your eligibility for future draws pauses until you reactivate.

Can I cancel? Is there a lock-in?

Yes, cancel any time — no lock-in, no fees. Just log into your account and cancel in two clicks. You stay a VIP until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Does the 20% off stack with other sales?

No — your VIP 20% discount can't be combined with site-wide sales (e.g. when we run 25% or 30% off promos), bundle deals, or already-discounted items. You'll always get the better of the two automatically.

Is the membership refundable?
