Returns & Exchanges
Refunds will only be given in the event of defective items. We will not refund in the event of change of mind or incorrect quantity ordered. Once your order has been processed on our website, we cannot cancel your order. Claims for defective products must be made within 30 days of receipt of your product. For all defect claims, please email order@plategame.com.au (with your order number, full name, image of the defect and full description) prior to returning your parcel. Plate Game will not accept returned claims without prior authorisation.

I ordered my tag and on arrival I discovered that it didn’t quite match the reference photo supplied. I contacted Plategame and corresponded with Thomas. Because my number plate is not common and has been discontinued by QLD Transport for some time, the team informed me that the design template didn’t quite match and without hesitation Thomas stated he would get the tag remade. Thomas did everything you would expect from a business whose focus is their customers. It arrived today and is absolutely spot on and to my surprise there were two tags. Not necessary; however, it clearly demonstrates Plategame’s desire to do the right thing by their customers. I could not be happier with the tag as well as Plategame’s customer service and the speed at which my concern was dealt with.
